{"id":11414,"date":"2026-02-28T19:06:56","date_gmt":"2026-02-28T18:06:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/europedia24.com\/launch-of-a-new-employment-and-training-program-in-spain\/"},"modified":"2026-02-28T20:32:39","modified_gmt":"2026-02-28T19:32:39","slug":"launch-of-a-new-employment-and-training-program-in-spain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/europedia24.com\/en\/launch-of-a-new-employment-and-training-program-in-spain\/","title":{"rendered":"Launch of a New Employment and Training Program in Spain"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The municipality of Andoain, Spain, in collaboration with the Basque Employment Service (Lanbide), has launched a new edition of its strategic employment and training program, aimed at individuals at risk of social exclusion or already facing it. <\/p>\n\n<p>Now in its third year, the initiative reflects the municipality\u2019s commitment to promoting employment for priority groups, with a special focus on women to address the region\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/europedia24.com\/en\/belgium-implements-unemployment-reform-law-with-major-changes-to-benefits-and-labor-market\/\">unemployment<\/a> gap. <\/p>\n\n<p>Municipal representatives, led by Mayor Andoni \u00c1lvarez, along with opposition party members and program officials, welcomed the women who will participate in the program over the coming months.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Participants will first receive theoretical and practical training before carrying out various painting projects within the neighborhoods of Andoain. The women have expressed great enthusiasm for the initiative. <\/p>\n\n<p>The Andoain Margotzen project is part of the Comprehensive <a href=\"https:\/\/europedia24.com\/%d8%a7%d9%84%d8%b9%d9%85%d9%84-%d9%81%d9%8a-%d8%a5%d8%b3%d8%a8%d8%a7%d9%86%d9%8a%d8%a7\/\">Employment Program<\/a> for Priority Groups (CATP), supported by Lanbide.<\/p>\n\n<p>The program aims to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide career guidance and mentorship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer training in practical and transferable skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop professional competencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create job opportunities through temporary part-time contracts (six months, 75% of full-time hours). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The program runs until September 30, giving participants real hands-on experience and opportunities to enhance their professional skills in the Spanish labor market. <\/p>\n\n<p>It also provides individualized guidance and personal support to increase participants\u2019 chances of securing future employment.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Spanish association Iruoak, specialized in serving this group, has been contracted to manage training and mentoring activities and oversee the various painting projects in Andoain.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The municipality of Andoain, Spain, in collaboration with the Basque Employment Service (Lanbide), has launched a new edition of its strategic employment and training program, aimed at individuals at risk of social exclusion or already facing it.
